Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal (in the dashboard); cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Pro-rated refunds

Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

How to request

Email us through the contact page with the email address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in USDT to a wallet address you provide, at the USD amount paid.
