Terms of Service

Last updated:

By using SnipStream you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

SnipStream is provided for personal, educational, and fair-use purposes. You agree to clip only content that you own or have the rights to use. You are solely responsible for how you use clips you create.

Prohibited use

You may not use SnipStream to infringe copyright, redistribute or re-host content you don't own, circumvent content protections, or violate YouTube's Terms of Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or our infrastructure.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranty. Features and limits may change. Free-tier limits (clip length, daily count, resolution) are described on the pricing page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipStream is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for how users use the clips they generate.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
